3.         Food – We need to eat more vegetables and less processed foods.  We need to get to making dinners rather than using processed foods that are easy and quick.  I fall into that category.  I’m along the way of retraining myself in making better choices for my family.  Life is busy and it’s just simpler to use pre-made meals.  Tip: On Sunday allow it to be family cooking day.  Get everybody in the kitchen and make 5 dinners for that week.  Put within the freeze when cooled.  Then throughout the week take out dinner from the freezer by leaving in fridge to thaw while at the office.  It is one thing to obtain used to however it makes Sundays very memorable.
These are simple changes but they can save you or someone you love from something serious.  It only takes a few good changes and you will possess a better healthier life.
