Mix together the first five ingredients and stir. Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon to the top before serving and garnish with toasted almonds. You can also add your favorite fruit such as berries, apples, or banana.

Heat grill pan to medium. Slice fruit in half and take out the pit. Sprinkle with sugar substitute and grill until tender. Place grilled fruit in a bowl and top with Greek yogurt, honey or a dollop of low fat ice cream.
4. Cherries and Ricotta

Warm cherries in the microwave for approximately one or two minutes until warm. Top the cherries with the ricotta or Greek yogurt and garnish with slivered almonds. Add a drizzle of honey for sweetness.
